Why Present at ICC

Presenting at ICC means engaging with an audience that values both scientific quality and practical interpretation. It is an opportunity to share your work with researchers, technical experts, industry leaders, producers, roasters, traders and strategic decision-makers in a setting designed for genuine exchange.
ICC favours contributions that are clear, relevant and discussion-worthy. Presenters should not only bring data, but also insight.

Submission Guidelines

We encourage submissions that demonstrate one or more of the following qualities:

  • strong scientific or analytical foundations
  • practical implications for the coffee sector
  • interdisciplinary relevance
  • methodological transparency
  • clear communication of findings and significance

Contributions may address technical, scientific, economic, environmental, regulatory or social dimensions of coffee, provided they align with the overall orientation of the convention.

Important Dates

To be announced.

Proceedings

Selected contributions may form part of the broader scientific documentation and proceedings associated with the convention. ICC values lasting accessibility and recognises the importance of preserving high-quality work beyond the event itself.
Further information regarding submission process, timelines and presentation format will be published shortly.

If your work helps explain the future of coffee in a way that is rigorous, relevant and applicable, we encourage you to submit.
